Nissin Foods revealed a new anime ad for its Cup Noodles оn Monday based оn Hayao Miyazaki and Studio Ghibli's Kiki's Delivery Service film. While the original film follows 13-year-old protagonist Kiki, the new ad imagines Kiki and Tombo as 17-year-old high schoolers in the city. They share some archetypal Japanese high school moments, often with a Nissin Cup Noodle, until Kiki finally confesses her love to Tombo. [x]
